About the Speakers: Jon Fuller: The founder and host of Are You Real “Finding the Authentic You”. As CEO of R.M Hasson Painting Contractors, Inc., which he founded in 1978, he established the company as a trusted partner serving general contractors across the Western United States. For over thirty years, he has been active as a consultant and board member for churches, ministries, non-profits, and school boards, and his wisdom has been sought out by many leaders and organizations. Since 2012, he has traveled around the world with Danny Silk as a speaker and consultant for Loving on Purpose. He has been married for thirty years to his wife, Lauren, and is the proud father of David and his wife Natthanit, Kyler, Isabella, and Sophia.Michael McIntyre:Michael McIntyre wears many hats. He is a life coach, motivational speaker, head facilitator of Next Level Training (AKA King Drifty, you will have to enroll in Next Level Training to find out about this), and lifelong entrepreneur. He had the honor to serve the UPPER ROOM church as a consultant and then ultimately as CEO of UPPER ROOM Global from 2016-2018. After receiving an honorable discharge from the US Air Force Strategic Air Command he went into sales and was a proven success immediately. You can read about how you too can be successful in sales in his book titled The Authentic Salesman (2011). During this time period he successfully built a 3 billion dollar in sales insurance agency over 25 years. Michael sold his agency in 2007 and started a telemedicine marketing company and benefits discount firm. Throughout his career Michael realized his true gift is finding talented people and maximizing their gifts.His greatest passion has been raising three daughters with his loving wife Stacye. Michael prides himself on his comedic skills and is a connoisseur of sixties and seventies pop and rock. You can catch him on his daily run at 3 PM in the Texas heat- he may let you join him if you bring a cigar and are ready to talk about Jesus.Christy Austin: Christy Austin is a licensed therapist and co-founder of Enkindle Ministries. She is passionate about equipping the Church to bring transformational revival to their local cities. Her sensitivity to the spirit brings healing encouragement through prayerful teaching, writing, and worship. Not only does she enjoy training up the next generation, Christy is fervent about equipping the Church to daily reveal His Power in every area of life. Christy wholeheartedly believes as the Church returns to love and unity, His power will restore communities and nations.Christy grew up in the Church, but never grasped Christianity as an intimate relationship with Christ. After feeling much confusion over legalistic, nonsensical rules, she “walked away from the faith” for several years. After endlessly searching for answers and looking for worldly love to fill a broken heart, Christy returned to her faith only because of her mother’s ceaseless prayers. Christy shares how God restored her brokenness and bad choices through His infinite faithfulness and love. Her heart for prodigals is evident in her prayer meetings, personal life, and quiet moments.Shawn Bolz:Shawn is an author, a TV host (see him on season four of Dreams & Mysteries on Daystar!) spiritual adviser, producer, and minister. He is passionate about seeing individuals and groups learn how to be the most connected, best version of themselves through their relationship with God.Shawn has been a pioneer in ministry, including the prophetic movement, since he was in his teens. His focus on having a genuine relationship with God, creativity through entertainment & social justice have brought him around the world to meet with churches, CEO’s, entertainers, and world leaders.Shawn’s style of speaking & coaching, accompanied with his unique expert perspective on the issues of love, creativity and justice, have kept his calendar full.
